We are building a platform that connects musicians and music
lovers from around the world.
Our goal is to build a thriving community of musicians who can
collaborate, learn from each other, and produce music that makes
people happy!
MusicMate offers a user-friendly platform that caters to the
demands of the music community, with tools that help musicians
locate gigs and chances to exhibit their talents in public
spaces nearby.

We have four core modules
Onboarding and Profile Creation
User's choose what aspects of their profile they want to showcase to others and what they want to be private.
Home Feed and Discovery
Our home feed and search functionality allows you to easily and quickly find relevant people, gigs and posts that might be of interest to you.
Build your network
Bookmark interesting profiles, find new band mates by viewing their portfolio or message other users.
Findings gigs and opportunities
Use our gig posting service to either find a job that interests you or post an opening to find just the right candidate.

Kay Ashaolu
Advisor and Mentor
Kay is an engineering manager at Pinterest. Recently, he has been trying to mitigate the lack of career guidance and mentorship among young professionals through his startup, Kekoexchange!
Ailiya Duan
Designer
Ailiya is our product designer who is also a project manager in disguise. She is also the only one in the team who can sing.
